Where do you ship from?
All DOYARA orders are shipped from our U.S.-based studio.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
Express Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally to select countries.
International delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $110.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
RETURNS
We want you to love your DOYARA pieces. If something doesn't feel quite right, we're here to make the process simple and stress-free. You may return any unworn and unused item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@doyara.com. A $8 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unaltered
- Returned with original packaging
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Final Sale
Items from our Last Chance Collection and any products marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Processing & Refunds
- Please allow up to 3 business days for return approval.
- Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the original amount paid (minus handling fee).
